Not quite a disaster.

Onion, Artichoke and Sage Open Tart.

The ready- rolled puff pastry wasn’t big enough. ( I didn’t realise some packs were bigger than others. They all looked the same size)
So there was too much onion and mushroom filling, but not enough egg, cream and cheese sauce.
However our son, ( who had just popped in) thought it tasted good.
Not quite a disaster, but we weren’t very impressed, and it took a lot of preparation, so don’t think I will be making this Mary Berry recipe again.
Still you have to try something new every once in a while.
