Hedge laying competition

Andrew’s 39th birthday! He is over his COVID bout fortunately and his present arrived on time. We had a nice zoom chat.

Lynne invited us to go along to the hedge laying competition at Coldwell Parrock.
Fortunately the rain stopped for them and there was even some sunshine for a while.
There were around 12 competitors and they all seemed to be pretty competent to me! I wasn’t tempted to join in though.
We had a demonstration of how useful a drone is, and Lynne gave us a good lunch.
Pepper was pretty fed up by the end of it though, although she was admired and petted which she enjoyed.
The hedge was almost complete by the end of the afternoon so should look great by summer, we will pop back to see!
