Marmalade time

Seville oranges are not here for long so yesterday I went to our last remaining market veg stall in Kendal and fortunately he had some. I bought about 6lbs which is four batches of marmalade. That will be plenty for us and some for the market- marmalade is one of the jams that sells non stop. You could make any amount and it would all sell through the year. I’m not making that much though!
We took Bonnie for a walk on Cunswick Scar in the sunshine. Plenty of dogs to meet and she was much more settled this evening thank goodness!
