Colorful beauty...

First off...a big thank you all for the bday wishes yesterday!

Today was a bit stressful - well, started off like it, but ended on a great note. I was on the phone from 7 to about 11:30...meetings. Then I had a ton of emails to deal with. On top of all of that - my work is getting hit w/ a bunch of spam messages - actually viruses that didnt get filtered. Nice. Just one of those days...I don't let things get to me - but today my buttons were just pushed...it was like one thing after another.

Going out for lunch was just what I needed - had a roasted veggie sandwich and snapped photos. The cactus are in bloom...had to capture a few...they look so beautiful! Lots of insects out and about as well! It's been a while since I've actually picked up the camera and focused on my photography...havent really felt like taking pics the last few weeks, maybe months...but today that changed. I captured some amazing shots...can't wait to edit them...they'll be up on Flickr soon enough.

I'm so exhausted - the last few days have taken a lot out of me! Noah's parents have kept me busy pretty much since Friday...it's been fun, but I don't know where they get their energy from!! They are so healthy for their age - it really does inspire me. Tomorrow night...oh yeah...the belly dancing continues! I actually can't wait!
