A drizzle of a day

It was good to go out although better to return to the warmth.

Other peoples rubbish:
In recent years a black bin liner of rubbish is tossed over the fence into an unused piece of land just along the road on a fairly regular basis. We first noticed the bags during lock down, John and others have pulled them out to place in the bin, what extraordinary behaviour. The sump guard was left lying somewhere and had migrated to the roadside, again I wonder what the thinking was?
