Life Changes Body Art

"Dr. Bill" has been tattooing for 23 years. His main interest is realism, and he likes to do portraits. Today he was finishing off a portrait of James Dean on his client's leg. Lots of people are not into tattoos; I don't have any myself (yet!?). It is clear however that Bill is an accomplished artist, and judging by his facial art, rather committed. His business name, Life Changes Body Art, seems apropos.
