The Ridge

A blustery, sunny day.  Managed to walk without getting caught in a heavy shower.  This is the hill behind which slopes down the other side to the A30.  The views are amazing from above stretching towards the west.
Below in the kale field are a couple of stray cattle which are probably devouring greedily before they are caught and pushed back into their field.
When I returned home again the rat man was doing his rounds on the farm, there are so many rats - I even have two or three runs going across the lawn towards the house and there are many near the chickens and outside the corn shed living in the banks.
