One shot

On top of long Covid I think I’ve picked up sis’s bug. Now have a runny nose, feel nauseous etc which want part of my long Covid symptoms. Basically spent Sunday in bed. Only had to teach 1 period (last thing of course!) yesterday so went in before break. Really should have stayed home longer although not sure it would have made any difference, I felt terrible! I can honestly say I have never felt so physically ill as I dis yesterday, actually scared myself with how bad I felt! I had all the Covid stuff, cough, pins and needles, etc then a runny nose, felt sick, had heartburn for most of day. One of the TA’s wanted me to ring 111 as a precursor to going to get checked out at the hospital I was so bad. I dis pop into the docs - -27th feb for blood tests and ring next week to try and see a doc!
I ate very little so managed a banana and then went to bed. Better night’s sleep has meant I have felt marginally better today. Could also look forward to finishing at 1 so not a full day.

The shot is my only shot today. The bridge was at a standstill in rush hour so I sneakily took a shot. It is rubbish but the only shot so blip it is. Does give you an idea of how wide the river is and this how long the bridge is.(was only the biggest single span suspension bridge in Europe, when it was built)
