Optional challenge was 9 or free form  -  tenuous for 9  -  I now have 6 different pairs of RocketDogs (other brands are available) - these being my latest - and 6 is 9 inverted and I have inverted the original photo (see corner image for this) to make the main image.    Phew - I got there somehow!
