Bit late in posting this. Life is rather out of sync due to a sudden death in the family at New Year.

Went for a short walk at Monifieth beach with my friend. The weather was bright but cold. I am finding it harder to walk these days with pesto arthritis affecting most joints and breathlessness due to my heart. Both are awaiting treatment - patience is the name of the game.
