Strange trees

A bright mild day

We went for lunch at Dundee’s Botanical Gardens. Afterwards, we went for a walk round the gardens and spotted these strange trees in one of the ponds. I am not sure whether or not they had been burned, they were so black. We didn’t remember seeing them like this before.

In the evening, we had our first family Zoom of the year, with a Quiz. I discovered I was very out of touch with modern ‘culture’ - perhaps I just watch too much politics, Drama and sport. Nor are the books I read going to help with questions on the Kardashian’s or Love Island!
