sugar rush

This is probably why I’m feeling a bit portly just now. But I refuse to do the last sprint of essays without sugar!

Gratefuls:

1. A fantastic morning at church;
2. Eve being bouncy and cheerful after a day of church, grandparents and swimming - she needed the activity;
3. Ant’s roast dinner.
