Up up and away

Very late night with our friends, meant a slow and fairly ponderous start to the day. We eventually got ourselves up and away to North Berwick for a boat trip around Bass Rock - which was a lot of fun if you ignored the biting wind! Saw, surprisingly enough, lots of birds (there are hundreds of thousands of gannets on Bass Rock, and lots of puffins on the neighbouring island). These puffins obviously weren't too impressed by our boat chugging by.
