Ginger biscuits

Yesterday was hectic, with a full days marking and a million other things to do as well!

Got through it all and had a little time in the evening to make these ginger biscuits, the boys loved them over Xmas and they are a simple bake, so it keeps them happy and the biscuit barrel topped up!

I also finished If We Were Villians, a brilliant read and I was pleased to have correctly worked out who the true culprit was before the end.

Another day of marking awaits!
