The Unicorn Tapestries ...

...at the Cluny Museum in Paris, which is France's National Museum of the Middle Ages.The museum was closed for renovation for several years and reopened this past June.  This was our first visit to the new museum and we were impressed by the changes.

The Tapestries are the pride and joy of the Museum and one of France's great artistic treasures.  They are beautifully displayed in a relatively small room which allows close looks at them--a marvelous experience.

We had a wonderful visit - it was our first museum outing since arriving a week ago.
