Rainy days

Non stop rain all day. Drove to the beach and ate sandwiches in the car. There were 2 surfers braving the conditions which served as good entertainment for a while.

Next stop the long wet drive to The Chocolate Farm which turned out to be closed apart from the gift shop.

The day was not entirely lost as during yet more wet driving M learned to tie her shoelaces.

Pizza express for dinner to draw the day to a close.

J's gone to watch the football with Ian this evening. I have E's bday present to wrap and L is currently scaling the stairs. I'm ready for bed xx
