I saw a fox

Sunday is junior parkrun day. 

I saw a fox as I walked to my marshal point. 

I brought little mouse a proper running jacket, it has received the thumbs up, he was much warmer (should last a while I got size 7-8) and I remembered to grab a pair of gloves on my way out the door.

He is almost at his first junior parkrun milestone, just three more runs to go.

Once the tail walker had come past I was able to run to the finish line in time to see him finish. Yes I did actually run, not for long but I survived and it's given me a little hope. 

This afternoon I took him and the scooter to the sand park as promised. It was cold I am still really stiff and sore. Thankfully he decided he wanted to come home pretty quickly, though he didn't want to scoot anymore. Came home via the high street and brought us a bag of tangfastics to share and some chicken for dinner. 

Now snuggled on my chair with a heat pad and dog snuggled under a blanket.
