Monet Mitchell
Much sunnier today! T and I walked most of the way to the Louis Vuitton Fondation in the Bois de Boulogne (and back) to see the Monet Mitchell show. I had really enjoyed the Mitchell Riopelle show at the AGO in 2018 and loved this show as well. It was fun to see Mitchell working with a similar palette to Monet and responding to his late paintings done in Giverny when she lived in Vertheuil (see an example in the extra). Little to no mention of Riopelle in this show. There were *lots* of people there. The building is really fun too. We had Italian food for a very late lunch near La Muette.
