Making lasagna….

From scratch including the noodles!

Brett and I decided today to have another go at making something with the pasta machine. He wanted to try lasagna. It worked! Meat sauce was Italian sausage and he added pepperoni. The red sauce was arrabiata sauce with San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, and a little red pepper flakes. He used Romano, mozzarella and ricotta cheese.

It was delicious!!!!!

There was enough ingredients to make a smaller second pan which he is going to freeze for another Sunday dinner.

Next he wants to make fettuccine. I will be glad to be sous chef. And kitchen clean up person!
