Upside down

This is Bean’s cooling down position on her bed. It’s been 27C today and even though she loves the heat, it does flatten her eventually.

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to let it flatten me and I worked through it, putting in an afternoon of line-trimming and mowing after a morning of a few kitchen tasks and a couple of hours of weeding in K’s garden.

Somehow the jobs have piled up a bit at home, but I have made good progress through the list. There’s a 20% chance of rain tomorrow and I have been keen to get as much done outside as possible in today’s sunshine. Of course there’s plenty more to do tomorrow if the rain holds off.

A big day. I’ll be sleeping well tonight. Bean already is.
