Squelch and Splash!

This was our walk through the woods today! The paths had turned into streams and the streams swollen and racing! But at least no more water was falling from the sky! The birds must have been happy about this as like this little robin they were in full song! 
As well as all the water outside I had found  a pool in my conservatory  in the morning - must get the seepage sorted this year! I also found in the evening that I had a wet bed as of course the rain returned and I'd left my attic window open! This meant I spent the night in my downstairs bedroom - which was good as it chucked it down overnight and would have kept me awake!
