Gasparilla Island State Park

Can you believe I didn't bring my bathing suit to the beach?  What was I thinking.  I guess I was still frozen from the wind the day before but still.  It was in the high 60s and the sun was blazing.  
We walked miles on the beach and on the trails through the sea grapes.  This little one is a Sanderling.  The extra is Mark at the Boca Grande Victorian Lighthouse.  It is a museum now, but not open because of damage from Hurricane Ian.  This area was devastated.  Lots of repairs ongoing.
