Washing machine

Today we got a new washing machine. The man from the shop came to deliver and install it on the attic, so we don’t have to bother about anything. They were on time and the old machine was outside very fast. The new was placed also fast and after some instructions the man put the machine on at a test program and left. After a few minutes I got to the attic to bring some wash up…and stepped into water!

The kind man of the shop placed the machine but without noticing the drain pipe, and completely broke the pipe! A lot of mopping and a lot of telephone waiting minutes… after someone answered the phone we were told to write a whatsapp message to another department, but they reacted we should call the serviceman from the manufacturer. Strange thing to do: they didn’t broke the pipe in our house! After a lot of talking and waiting they agreed to sent another repair man. He came and did nothing, because he only was allowed to fix something on the washing machine, not something of the house! But we got another email adres. We should tell the whole story there and they will tell us how the damage will be compensated. But how to fix the pipe? They are not going to take care of that!

Luckily we could fix it ourselves but hey, can you see why I am not happy?
