I have one more item to make by the weekend, the zipped pouch was made today. 

I had a physio appointment early afternoon. A first visit to the business in the village. I was very impressed with J, she was very thorough and interested in my surgical background. It’s my right shoulder joint that is the problem as a result of the damage to the rotator cuff when they put me on bypass. 

I’m home with a stretch band and an exercise programme, which has been emailed to me. Tomorrow B will help me to get started and make sure that I’m doing things correctly. 

It has been less than 3 degrees all day, but blue skies and windless was pleasant.
