Wild Turkey Visitor

Wild turkeys may have faces that only a mother could love but they have the most gorgeous feathers. The have a green iridescent glow to them. They sometimes visit the Back Porch Cafe, so I am always sure to throw some seeds out on the snow for them.  Sometimes they leave a feather as a tip and I add them to the collection I keep in a jar on the windowsill.  Heavy snow will fall over night so it will be a whole new world tomorrow morning.
