Hall ceiling

Had to take a picture of the hall roof and the pathway above to send to a concrete repair company to see if they could give me a quote to make the hall secure from incoming rain! I was well and truly told off by a fellow flat owner who wanted me to provide three quotes for the work! The only problem with that is that only one firm does asphalting! To be honest I have decided to have the asphalting done and I will pay the bill myself! I am very tired of living with rain coming in all the time!
