Quark balls

Friday treat. Doughnut balls. They smell of sugar. Our local market is best on Fridays. There is a stall set up which makes these and also has an oven, you can buy freshly baked bread. The people have to work hard with an early start to prepare everything. It's nice to talk to the people there build relationships.

Had speedy lunch then went to my class. We have moved on to history which is a bit more interesting than the politics we did before. I learned some in school but I can't really remember all the details, it will have a different slant on that here compared to Scotland.

Off to eat a quark ball or two.
