Warm and cosy

I love our wood burning stove and don’t know how I managed to survive most of my life without one! It has been a beautiful sunny day today but cold so it makes it all the more enjoyable to sit down in the evening and watch the flames.
I had an enjoyable drive into Tobermory to get my hair cut in the morning and the snowy/icy views were stunning. Unfortunately, all my usual pull off quarries were still iced up so I didn’t risk leaving the tarmac to stop and take a photograph. It’s on days like this that I miss the four wheel drive.
