Hornets

I’ve been hooning around the valley on my little Suzuki Trojans for months so today I decided to fire up a real bike and do a lap of Megalong.
That’s not just a bit of mud in front of the spark plug, it’s a hornet’s nest! That’s the offender in the extra - they’re actually a variety of wasp but I’ve always called them hornets so for the sake of Blipfoto, that’s what they are.
In Megalong, if your hose won’t run or your chainsaw or generator won’t start, these characters are to blame until proven otherwise.
For those interested, the bike’s obviously a BMW but more specifically a 1976 R60/7.
