In and out!

..of the sun and fog this morning.

We headed over Bingley Moor leaving Bingley in the fog, we emerged  into glorious sun in Eldwick but sadly went back into the fog again through Hawksworth and down into Otley.

Two reasons to go to Otley. One to visit the Blue Barn for more bird food. The swan and duck food is nearly all finished and with a half term visit from the girls in the pine line it’s important I’m well stocked again for a visit to Coppice Pond. 

The other reason was to seek out a Gluten Free cafe in the centre of Otley. Wonderful cakes which of course we had to try with our coffee, but a very tiny indoor space.  Plenty of tables outside but not today, luckily we did get the only one inside aside from the bar stools around the windows.

Returning Hawksworth was emerging from the fog so I stopped and took this shot looking across to Baildon Moor peeping out. Bingley back in the fog again as was the village although we can see the sun. I reckon a couple of miles either side, if that, our neighbouring villages will be in the sun! But it’s colder up there!
