Dashing through the Snow

This is Spirit, a beautiful American Paint Horse.  I was invited to a photoshoot for him and his Dappled Grey friend, Blue. (extra) They were let out of their barn to frolic in the new snow and how they enjoyed their run!  And how I enjoyed photographing horses again!  It's been a while.  I even brought my "big girl" camera, my Nikon D90 for the event.  Such gorgeous animals.  I've added a black and white photo I call "The Horse Whisperer", of the owner and Blue.  Another snowstorm tonight and again on Wednesday.  We will be well and truly buried by then!
