DUCKS ON ICE

The lake at the Woodland Park was still mostly frozen over, though the frost on the ground was thawing. These mallards seemed to be fine on the ice, while the pintail in the extra had found a bit of water to swim in.

The boiler pressure dropped again in the night after the engineers told me on Friday it should be fine now, so it's another call to them in the morning. I wonder whether we'll have to wait another four weeks before they can come.
