I blipped a Water Rail at the start of the year, but here's another one!

Delightful little birds, this one is braving an iced over pond in the constant search for unwary lunch. The low Sun caught it square in the face, and most of it is in shadow. Even so...

Thank you for your kind comments etc on yesterday modelling assignment! I'm looking forward to going over them all and deleting most of them! LOL. Even so, I learned a lot and mostly that there's a lot to learn.

I can't recall when first I heard the term sleaze applied to British politics... I think it was in the 1990's. But my, isn't this government the very exemplar of the word?! Are you even shocked any more?
