Ramon

Do you know this guy? For some reason he seems familiar to me; as if he's played some comedy bad-guy character in an 80s film. Like in an American movie with Martin Short or Rick Moranis, or something. I believe his name is Ramon but I base that purely on my own sixth sense and silly, silly brain.
