Another indoor BLIP
My human feels awful. She has a blocked up nose, a sore throat and aching muscles. She's done a COVID test – Negative. Even having a shower wore her out, so I only trekked around for about 25 mins, on my walk this morning.
Ann sooooo wishes she was a dog because all I do is eat, sleep and go on walks. That sounds like a lovely life to her.
Ann went to work. I snoozed. Ann came home from work and had to have a snooze for half an hour because going to work had worn her out. Then we had to go to Aldi, because she didn't have much human food in the flat and she said, 'Trixie, if I'm going to be confined to the flat for the next few days, I'd better make sure I have enough supplies in'. Unlike my food, she can't just order it once every 3 months.
It's on days like this that Ann wishes she had dog-walkers to call on so that I could have had a decent walk. Joe & Kirsty, are great but they work Mon – Fri so can really only look after me at the weekends.
I had to wait in the car and then we went to Fairmilehead Park so that I could play with my ball. Playing with my ball tires me out really quickly so after 20 mins I was exhausted. And Ann was very cold and achy.
Ann's been lying on the sofa and I've been lying in my bed ever since.
Fortunately, she doesn't have to go to work tomorrow so she's already told me that tomorrow is going to be a 'duvet day'. That's fine! I'm the most adaptable, chillaxed little Collie pup ever.
Oh and we thought you might like to see how our Amaryllis is progressing. It's got two big flowers and a little one now and there's still another two buds to open. Isn't it pretty?
