Err in doors

I’ve been fending off suggestions from B about getting a bigger wardrobe for a good two years.. maybe three.
Then she said maybe I could make one.
I said ooh thanks for the opportunity.
Then last week I bought two internal panel doors on FB marketplace for a tenner, thinking they might do as a starting point for a project and also to kind of placate B.
That was a mistake. They are awful and are now awaiting to be modified into kindling.
Then B saw these on eBay. And bought them.
So I picked them up today and came away with two sets as the seller needed them shifted and made me an offer we both could agree on.
This may have been another mistake.
We shall see.
