The hyacinths are all out and smell wonderful. They make me happy!

Last night’s quiz was a success; we’ve not run one before, but had 60 people at the Bowls Club in teams of 4. It would be blowing my own trumpet to say which team won, but let’s just say we weren’t second :)

This morning we went looking at carpets, then the heating engineer came to replace a valve whilst I prepped for my inaugural Art Appreciation class.
Happy to say that the technology worked, although my heart sank when the laptop decided to do a Windows update with 20 minutes to go! Grr. That’s one of the reasons I’m a Mac fan.

We looked closely at The Adoration of the Kings by Jan Gossaert via the Google Arts and Culture app. It was amazing!

Home now before going to see a NT live screening of The Crucible. Should be good :)
