A wee product shot. After months of moaning about problems with my exercise watch, I finally bit the bullet and bought a new one. Lots of features including health ones and it checks my heart rate and even quality of sleep. It also counts how many times I go up the stairs but it doesn't tell me why I went up ... so no further forward there lol
