Cajun Chicken and Mediterranean Veg

Well this was my first prepared meal in my air fry and very nice it was as well. Maybe I’ll get some lite garlic mayonnaise to drizzle over it the next time. The spices and garlic salt gave it a nice little kick.
Did another round of St Ives today and had a soup and coffee in the Ivy Kitchen after. Then popped to the supermarket on my way back home. A tiring but fulfilling day :-)
