Oh my!!!

Needed a couple of bits from Sainsbugs and, as a one-off treat, I bought a pack of their Taste The Difference fluffy chips and cooked them in the air fryer at 180c for 15 mins. Squeezed a bit of peri peri mayo on them and they were delicious. I’d hasten to add I didn’t eat them all.
I have some chicken marinaded in some tikka sauce in the fridge, plus some fresh fish so I’ll be trying those out over the next couple of days.
I’m impressed with it so far.
