Got the itch

I took this photo late this afternoon, just before the sun disappeared. This cow was scratching her neck against this old tree stump, and obviously enjoying the pleasure in doing so.

The old tree stump was an old oak tree that fell down many years ago. Since then it has grown numerous toadstools, moss and weeds, and also is a resting place for the odd chestnut that has fallen from a tree above.
