Manuka flowers.

There was a honey bee on these Manuka flowers when I first saw them today. But the honey bee quickly decided it didn't want its photo taken. I don't think I have even seen a bee on the Manuka flowers before, so it was something that I would have liked to capture.
Took the pup / girls for a long walk up the hill on the other side. This was where I saw the Manuka, it is very late for it to be flowering, but there is some near our house too. So the seasons seem to be a bit strange.
There was also a couple of black Fantails & a Yellow Breasted Tit..... but not good to have the pups with me. Poppy ended up on the lead for about half the walk, as she would not come back when she was called.
