Sky Garden

Back blip

Yesterday I spent a very nice morning with David, my friend from Finland. We started in with breakfast in Eataly and then went to the Sky Garden for the fabulous views.
Then it all went downhill. Whilst crossing a road, I fell flat on my face. I was taken to the Royal London Hospital where I was diagnosed with a broken elbow/arm, some fractures in my cheekbones and a small brain bleed. I'll be fine but now it's the frustration of waiting to be told when I can go home. Probably Monday now.
That said, the service from the police at the scene, the paramedics and all the hospital staff has been superb.
David visited again today and also my cousins from Portchester. That cheered me up.
