another wet day, but I didn't greet it until after 11am, an unusually and very welcome longer sleep than usual. 

I’ve never mentioned it on Blip before, but interrupted/curtailed overnight sleep is something which has plagued me for years. No amount of regulation or recommended remedies improves it, and I’ve tried a LOT. So please, no helpful suggestions of warm milk, reduced screen exposure, caffeine avoidance, early eating, regular bedtimes, exercise routines, room temperature, bedding choices, natural sleep potions etc….most have been tried to exhaustion, literally.

Anyway, only two overnight wake ups and then a late sleep in is a real win for me!
