Bug Patrol

Our condominium complex is fumigated every month. It is a two day process, the first day, today, they spray the common areas with a gas powered sprayer. We are told to close up our place until the mist dissipates, about 20 minutes. Many times we leave the premisses, but today our timing was a little off so we stayed. Once we closed the apartment, it instantly got hot (the weather has changed this week, we used air conditioning for the first time last night in order to sleep comfortably and it feels like we will be using it for the foreseeable future), so we turned the air on while we sat. Unfortunately, the man doing the spraying had no such luxury. He wore long sleeves, long pants, shoes and a full face respirator in the stifling heat and humidity. I felt incredibly guilty taking this shot from my air conditioned living room.
