Big day

We all had a very big day.

Bailee was absolutely exhausted after nursery today. Her teacher said she had a very emotional day. When I went to pick her and Ozzy up, she was sitting on Miss S's lap.... it looked like she may have been there most of the day. Poor darling, didn't like the egg sandwiches I packed for her lunch so was tired and hungry too. I asked her how she was feeling. She said, "Sad". I asked her why and she replied that a classmate, ('Showers' is his name) drew on her picture and hurt her. I told her poor Bailee and poor Showers not wanting to be kind. We talked about making sure she tells her teacher always. She fell asleep in the car and woke up a tremendous amount happier.

Oscar was in a right ol' happy mood. He had a disastrous night last night with sleeping but somehow managed to be as bright as a button all day. He fell asleep on the couch too and we all had fun making playdough pizzas when they woke up.

Maple has just cut two more teeth through. Just. I can see another almost through and know she is hurting. She enjoyed some frozen cucumber sticks and water-soaked frozen flannels to suck on. Bailee's ex amber teething necklace is on.

Stu is just collecting Aunty Bex from the airport. We are all excited to see her, especially the twins. She may have an early start tomorrow....
