Very gentle morning run

Met a friend before work for a gentle run with the dogs.
Her dog has just got over being spayed so we jogged/walked a couple of miles.
Keely joined us, free running as she's too young to pull in harness yet.
Beautiful colours as the sun rose over the damp fresh sand left by the receding tide
