Village Hall

This is Embleton Village Hall the site of our monthly U3A Digital Photography Group.  Today part of the session involved showing and taking about our 'Rain Photos' and an interesting collection they were.  Some were taken on phones too.  You can guess the weather would not have sun if we were taking about rain.  The day was reasonably clear, but it didn't take long for the view of Skiddaw to be hidden by low cloud.  The cloud you see here is lighter than that over Skiddaw, which is to the left of this photo.  Nevertheless, it was a good meeting and a good coffee afterwards in the hotel, from where this photo was taken.
Also in the extra you may have noticed three trees behind three gaps in the hedge.
