Reflections

The painters were here at about 8.30am this morning but I just leave them to it and took Xena for a walk. I really struggle to find something interesting to photograph at this time of year, but these reflections with the silver birch tree standing out caught my eye.

Gavin is away on a strategy thingy, and he is staying at Pennyhill Park which is a luxury hotel in Surrey which is also the training base for the England rugby team. The team are also currently staying there while they are training in preparation for the upcoming Six Nations tournament so Gavin says there are a lot of huge men wandering about the hotel!

 After I walked Xena I went into the village to return something I bought, I also did some grocery shopping and other errands too. I also managed to finish downloading all the software onto my new laptop (Nik and Topaz) and I finished the second draft of the minutes for the camera club committee meeting we had on Tuesday night. So after that productive day I am going to relax and watch TV tonight.

The painters will thankfully be finishing tomorrow - they needed 6 coats of paint to cover the water leak stain - and then I can clean up once they are gone.
