Contrasts

After yesterday's day of hard work today was most definitely about play.

Late morning, lunch and early afternoon with my big sis, her two children and my aunt thanks Auntie Sue it was lovely. See a pic of story time here

And then some 'pushy mam's' training as I used interval training of walking and running TWW and I back to the station in time to catch a train to meet up with old friends. Which was great and far too brief.

And then pub tea with Ad, Jo and TWW.

This pic was taken on the train, after the running, he didn't hold on when I was running! Honest.
